How to Find Us:

  • Rosewood is conveniently located in Suter Brook Village at #301-220 Brew Street in Port Moody, BC.
  • We are close to Inlet Skytrain Station and have underground parking available 24/7 (60-min. free).
  • When you arrive to your session, please check in at reception and take a seat in the waiting area.
  • If your session is after 5 PM or on weekends, please meet your therapist in the building lobby.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your session.
  • Changes or cancellations made within the 48 hour window are usually subject to full session fees.

Many people come to counselling to figure out their problems, and yet the transformational piece of counselling is often the re-connection to themselves as they experience space to express themselves fully. It is my honour to hold that space for people as new beliefs and emotions come to light.

As a survivor of complex trauma, and having sat with those navigating childhood, episodic, and intergenerational trauma, my biggest learning has been in the power of a healthy attachment relationship to heal the nervous system so that what we want in life becomes possible.

My approach blends the Neuro-Affective Relational Model, Emotion Focused Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion.
